Erika started her career in the real estate world at Latham & Watkins as a paralegal. Erika was instrumental in closing multi-million dollar real estate deals. This corporate level experience afforded Erika the ability to see the deal from the transaction side and it is where Erika gained her strength in multi-tasking and working under very strict guidelines and deadlines. Erika took a break from the corporate world to raise her Three children. In 2000 Erika shifted gears from the transaction side of real estate to managing a construction company where Erika worked hand in hand with property managers of large and small developments. In 2010, Erika took all her years of corporate, real estate and management experience and joined The Michelle Hirsch Group as a transaction Coordinator. Erika managed the intricate details of each deal. In 2014, Erika became a Realtor and is now proudly available to bring all her years of experience to help you find your next perfect home and help you get top dollar for your current home.
