Prior to establishing Koron & Podolsky, Mr. Koron spent 11 years honing his skills in the area of personal injury. During that period, priceless experience and knowledge was acquired. In addition to personal injury cases, Mr. Koron has litigated many employment cases, ranging from wage and hour issues to FEHA retaliation claims. As a result of Mr. Koron’s in depth knowledge and aggressive approach, settlements in the high six-figures were obtained in multiple employment cases. Mr. Koron was selected to the 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Southern California Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice.
Before founding Koron & Podolsky, Mr. Podolsky sharpened his litigation skills in various areas of the law, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, real property, finance, and employment litigation. With an energetic, aggressive, and sometimes unconventional approach, Mr. Podolsky has assisted clients on a variety of sensitive matters in and out of the court room.
