Originally from the Ukraine, I’ve called New York City home since the age of 6. I have an intimate love and knowledge of these five boroughs and could never think of living anywhere else. Starting a Real Estate business in 2011 has been the next evolution of that love and knowledge, allowing me to channel my passion for this great city into helping my clients take root and thrive here as well. I enjoy the dynamic nature of the industry, the ever-evolving challenges of the job, and the inherent need for creativity in the field, but the best perk of the job, by far, are the diverse, fascinating people one encounters and the ability to provide my clients with solid advice and service during a crucial and often tumultuous time.
At the outset, I was providing administrative and operational support to a top producing team; I learned the real estate business by overseeing literally hundreds of transactions. Prior to Douglas Elliman, I have spent my career in various financial firms including over 5 years spent in underwriting residential mortgages. Because of this, I have unique understanding of financing, often able to find financing solutions for clients they did not know were possible.
