Sergey is closing in on his second decade in both, commercial and residential, areas of real estate. He currently owns a management company, a real estate brokerage, and is a private money lender with investments across the United States. Consulting for developers on projects worth hundreds millions of dollars, guiding Boards of Directors towards successful management of their condominium associations, and advising individuals on their buying and selling needs are a few of his specialties. Outside of work, Sergey has been a full time single dad almost since the day his daughter was born. His job there entailed plenty of ballet classes, music lessons, bike riding without the training wheels, and science fairs all of which eventually evolved into driving lessons and college prep. Nowadays, he enjoys the outdoors, boating, and spending quality time with friends and family in any setting.
